ABOUT BIO-CHEM
Bio-Chem Inc is anchored in research, driven by the determination to leave the world better than we found it.
Since our inception, Bio-Chem Inc has been developing unique scientific compositions directed at environmental challenges that traditional chemical approaches have not solved, and in some case, have made worse. Beginning with our proprietary, natural flocculent called Bio-Clean in 1997, we have gone on to develop other, equally effective technologies that are unmatched, including our patented rare earth composition developed for nutrient removal. Our product line includes wastewater treatment products, potable products, and now, a PFAS mitigation technology that eliminates the need for filtration, removing more PFAS than any other method.
We have always provided service to our customers, and early in 2016, we added a new Service Division with a mission to provide manpower to our customers where they need help with grease, sludge and odor reduction. This strong commitment is yielding profitable results for our customers as these nagging challenges are attacked by motivated personnel and effective products, with methods that eliminate the challenges. And, now our technology is proving effective in precipitating PFAS compounds out of water to the sludge where it can be destroyed, eliminating the hazards. This technology has created the only 360 degree answer to PFAS contamination.
Our track record is very strong and has generated a lot of interest from larger entities who want to capitalize on our technology. Instead of selling to the highest bidder, Bio-Chem joined an alliance to form two other companies that concentrate on PFAS remediation and bio-solids management. These companies are Encore Earth (encoreearth.com) and Bio-USA. Bio-Chem is owned and operated by the Founder, Ken Brummett and Jonathan Brummett, the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Our Philosophy
Someone once said, "You can't see the forest for the trees." That could be appropriately applied to many industries, leading to stagnation and to increasing challenges from old problems.
It can be difficult to stop and ask yourself "why" when you are completely invested in established plans and policies. Perhaps that is why Bio-Chem has been so successful in the development of new technologies. We are not invested in old ways of doing things.
Our company philosophy is different. We are not just a cold corporate entity. We are families, working together for a common cause. We want to leave the world better than we found it. We want our children and grandchildren to experience clean air, sparkling clean water, and an uncluttered out-of-doors. To this end, we offer safe, natural options whenever possible. That's not easy, but we believe you will be pleased with the results.

Jonathan R.
Brummett
PRESIDENT & CHEIF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Jonathan joined BioChem in its infancy and has worked in every sector of the company, guiding it to excellence in manufacturing and distribution, as well as market development. He became the President of the company at the age of 41. He has a background in facilities restoration, food services, and automotive services.
Jonathan started his first business before he finished college and ran it successfully until BioChem recruited him to run our Operations Division. Over the last 28 years, Jon has developed BioChem's production facilities and overseen our biological development program.

Ken R.
Brummett
FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Ken Brummett is the founder and CEO of BioChem Incorporated. Prior to founding BioChem, Ken served in various industries including Financial Markets, Insurance, Energy, Electronics Remediation and Bio-Hazard Remediation.
Over the past 28 years, Ken has developed and brought to market numerous products used in hundreds of Municipal water systems, Industries, and recreational locations.
Ken’s specialty is discovery and development of the resources found in the earth. These compositions enable us to return water to a healthy condition.
